摘　　要：葛根黄酮是中药葛根的主要功效成分,目前临床上主要用于心脑血管疾病的治疗,其多种功效还未能充分认识与应用。通过对近年来葛根黄酮提取方法与保健功能的研究进展进行综述,以期为葛根黄酮作为保健食品新资源的开发和应用提供理论依据。Flavonoid is a major active ingredient of pueraria and it is used clinically for treatment of cardiovascular system diseases. But many activities had not be realized and applied fully. The latest research on extraction and health care function of flavonoid from pueraria lobata had been summarized. The aim was to provide a reference for the development and utilization of flavonoids of puerarin as new resources of health food.
