关于省级电大政治理论课教学团队建设的思考

摘　　要：课程教学团队建设是整合和优化电大师资力量,提高电大师资利用率,促进电大系统教师队伍建设,提高开放教育教学质量的重要措施。本文以湖北广播电视大学为例,分析省级电大政治理论课教学团队建设存在的问题,提出加强团队建设的对策。Faculty construction integrates and optimizes the teaching power,increases faculty utilization rate,promotes faculty construction,and enhances the teaching quality of open education of radio TV universities.This paper makes a case study of Hubei Radio and TV University,analyzes the problems in faculty construction of political theory course,and offers some countermeasures.
