摘 要:为了解医学高职院校教师工作满意现状,自行设计调查问卷,对河北省三所医学高职高专院校410名教师进行了调查,并对部分教师进行了访谈。结果显示医学高职院校教师工作总体满意度较高,在具体维度方面,满意度也较高,但程度有所不同,领导管理和人际关系满意度相对较高,物质条件和参与决策满意度相对较低。提高教师工作满意度应建立合理的薪酬制度,积极促进教师的专业发展,推进学校管理的民主化。In order to understand the teacher's work satisfactory present situation in the medical vocational schools,the authors design questionnaires and interview,and conduct survey on 410 teachers in three medical vocational colleges in Hebei Province.The results show that the overall medical vocational schools teaching job satisfaction is higher;in terms of specific dimensions,satisfaction is higher with different degrees;management and interpersonal satisfaction is relatively high;the satisfaction of material conditions and participation in decision-making is relatively low.At last,for improve teacher's job satisfaction,it proposes to establish a reasonable pay system,and actively promote the professional development of teachers,and promote the democratization of school management.
