毕赤酵母表达MSL的发酵条件研究

摘　　要：本试验对含有pPIC9K-MSL转化子的毕赤酵母在BSM基础盐培养基中发酵培养条件进行了研究,并从BSM基础盐培养基组分、补料方式以及诱导时间对酵母生长发酵和表达高浓度的外源蛋白的影响进行了单因素优化试验,得到了毕赤酵母在BSM基础盐中发酵MSL的生产工艺。In this article,we investigated the fermentation conditions for MSL（pPIC9K-MSL/GS115）production based on the base salt medium（BSM） by pichia pastoris.For the optimal fermentation conditions of Pichia pastoris growth and high level expression MSL,we made several rectifications in the components of medium,feed modes and induction time.We obtained the productive technology for MSL production by pichia pastoris in BSM.
