浅议我国食品安全管理的问题与对策

摘　　要：近年来,重大食品安全事故频繁发生,凸现了我国食品安全管理的不足与缺陷。食品安全问题成为关系国计民生的一个极为突出的政府问题和社会问题,它对人身健康、社会和谐、外贸出口等造成严重的负面影响。结合典型食品安全事故案例,分析了食品安全问题产生的原因,并提出改进的策略和建议。In recent years,many food safety accidents occur frequently,indicating the lack of food safety management and defect in our country.Food safety becomes a very prominent governmental and social problem,relating with the nation＇s safety and people＇s life tightly.It brings about serious negative effect in the personal health the export and social harmony.We expound the present situation of China＇s food safety management according to a typical case of food safety,analyze the causes of food safety problems,and put forward the strategy of improvement and suggestions in this paper.
