摘　　要：虚拟学习团队为饭店提升员工知识建构层次创造条件,同时也面临知识建构低层次的凝滞局面。结合饭店内部各方面特点,以实践共同体、知识社会网络结构、凝聚子群内关系性质、知识链为组织载体,设计其虚拟学习团队的成员结构。同时,加强饭店信息技术建设、员工技能培训、员工知识供给激励、学习环境虚实结合、团队角色管理,搭建虚拟学习团队的运行平台,从而促进团队内知识建构螺旋上升。Though virtual learning team promote the level of employee knowledge construction in hotel,their knowledge construction stay in the low level.It can be designed that the structure of virtual learning team should combine with feature of hotel,which based on practice community,network structure of knowledge social,nature of cohesion sub-groups and knowledge chain.In order to build the platform of knowledge construction and achieve the spiral raise of knowledge in virtual learning team,it is high time that strengthen the technology of information construction,the skills training of employee,the combining actual,empty learning environment and the supply of knowledge and the role management in team.
