摘 要:目的探讨PBL教学查房对护生评判性思维能力的影响。方法以2005级护理本科生为实验组,采用PBL教学查房模式,以2004级护理本科生为对照组,采用传统教学查房模式。每月1次,持续10个月,对照观察两组护生评判性思维能力的影响,并采用评判性思维能力测量表(CTDI-CV),对护生的评判性思维进行测量。结果实验组护生的评判性思维能力较对照组明显提高,两者比较(P〈0.01),差异有统计学意义。结论运用PBL教学查房模式,能明显提高护生的评判性思维能力。Objective To explore the effect of problem-based learning (PBL) teaching rounds on critical thinking of nursing students. Methods Nursing undergraduates in 2004 as the control group, the traditional mode of teaching rounds was used. Nursing under-graduates in 2005 was the experimental group. The experimental group was accepted PBL nursing rounds training a month and lasted for 10 months. The effects of the different teaching methods on the critical thinking were assessed before and after the training, Results The critical thinking ability of nursing students in experimental group had been improved obviously. There was statistically significant difference between two groups (P 〈0. 01 ) . Conclusions PBL mode of teaching rounds can improve the critical thinking ability of nursing students.
