摘  要:从全科医学认识入手,通过对全科医师培养现状分析,指出目前在全科医师转型培训中面临着全科特色不突出、培训时间不合理、培训效果评价不高、学员学习动力不足和自我认同感普遍不高等问题.提出培训应增加临床基础知识内容、完善理论教学、合理安排理论培训时间、推行"1+1"模式,并通过提高全科医师的自我认同感,开拓全科医学学历教育等办法解决存在的问题,探索全科医师培训新思路.From the general medical knowledge, the current status and quo are analyzed, and the problems are found in the course of training as the general features are not prominent ; training time is unreasonable ; the effectiveness of training evaluation is not high ; the trainers are lack of motivation and generally without high self-identity. So proposed training should increase the clinical basic knowledge, improve the theoretical teaching, have reasonable arrangements for theoretical training time, get the implementation of the " 1 + 1" model. We provide new ideas by improving the general practitioner's self-identity, to develop general education and medical education methods to solve the existing problems for the training of general practitioners.
