摘 要:目的探讨护理人员工作满意度与工作家庭冲突的相关性。方法采用工作满意度量表和工作家庭冲突量表对天津3所三级甲等医院530名护士进行问卷调查。结果护理人员工作家庭冲突得分为(52.85±10.86)分;工作满意度得分为(65.16±10.51)分;工作家庭冲突与工作满意度呈显著负相关(P<0.01),基于压力的工作-家庭冲突和家庭-工作冲突影响护理人员的工作满意度。结论护理人员工作满意度较低,其面临的工作-家庭冲突评分高于家庭-工作冲突,且基于时间的工作-家庭冲突程度最强烈。工作家庭冲突与工作满意度各维度均呈负相关,管理者应采取相应措施,缓解护士的工作家庭冲突,提高其工作满意度。Objective To explore the correlation between work-family conflict and job satisfaction in the nurses. Methods A total of 530 nurses in three Class III Level A hospitals of Tianjin were investigated using job satisfaction scale and work-family conflict scale. Results The average scores of the work-family conflict and the average score of the job satisfaction were 52.85 ± 10.86,65.1± 10.51, respectively. The work-family conflict and job satisfaction were negatively correlated(P〈0.01). The job satisfaction of nur- ses were affected by the work-family conflict and family-work conflict related to pstress. Conclusion Nur- ses have lower job satisfaction. The score of the work-family conflict is higher than the score of the family- work conflict,and the highest score is detected in the time-related work-family conflict . The work-familiy conflict is negatively correlated to all the dimensions of job satisfaction. The managers should take effective measures to ease work-family conflict and increase their job satisfaction.
