摘　　要：本文阐述了中国传统文化的基本精神、价值取向与德育思想,分析了加强高职院校传统文化教育的意义,提出增设"中国传统文化"课程、建立开放德育教育网络、以就业为导向,将德育渗透到职业生涯规划、指导学生在实践中提高道德水平等增强高职学生德育实效的实施路径。This paper expounded the basic spirit, value orientation and moral education thought of Chinese traditional culture, analyzed the siguificanee of strengthening traditional culture education in higher vocational colleges, and proposed implementation paths to enhance the actual results of higher vocational students＇ moral education, such as adding course of ＂Chinese traditional culture＂, establishing opening moral education network, taking moral education permeate the career planning with employment-oriented, guiding students to improve the moral level in the practice and so on.
