摘　　要：本研究首先阐述ARCS动机模型的涵义和教学策略,继而论述中外教师合作教学相关研究,最后基于ARCS动机模型视角下一项中外教师合作教学的行动研究,分析如何把ARCS动机模型的教学策略应用到中国高职英语教学设计中以提高学生学习动机。The author first probes into the connotation of ARCS model of motivational design and the pertinent teaching strategies.Then the relevant research on co-teaching by Chinese and foreign teachers is illustrated.Finally,the author discusses the ways of applying ARCS model of motivational design to Chinese vocational college English teaching to stimulate students＇ learning motivation based on a research action study.
