摘　　要：《尤利西斯》是一部举世闻名的天书,萧乾夫妇和金隄在各自的译本中采用了众多的补偿策略,其中的显性补偿尤为突出。对两个译本中的显性补偿策略进行分析,不仅有助于读者了解二者在补偿方面的差异,更能彰显翻译补偿在翻译及读者理解过程中的重要作用。Ulysses is known for its extremely hard to understand,Xiao Qian and Jin Di,in order to help Chinese readers have a easier understanding,both employed many compensation strategies.This paper will give a detailed study of the explicit compensation strategies adopted in their translations,so that we know their differences in compensation and the significance of translation compensation.
