摘　　要：通过多年来对临床教学基地评审和近期对高校临床教学基地基本情况调查结果分析,绝大多数高校临床教学基地的硬件建设有了很大改善,教学管理更加规范,教学质量不断提高。但从整体教学基地情况看,在带教实施过程中仍然存在一些问题,针对教学基地的建设中师资、实习生、高校、教育行政主管部门等因素作以综合分析,旨在进一步完善临床教学基地建设,提高临床教学质量。Through years of assessment on clinical teaching bases and recent analysis on the university clinical teaching bases of baslc, we find that the hardwares of most clinical teaching bases in colleges and universities have been greatly improved, teaching administration more standardized, teaching quality constantly improved.But taking the overall situation of teaching bases into account, there are still some problems in the implementation of teaching. This paper, through a comprehensive analysis of such factors as teaching staff, interns, departments of educational administration and colleges and universities, etc., aims at putting foruard some countermeasures for further improvements of the clinical teaching base construction and clinical teaching quality.
