摘　　要：作为系列文章的结尾篇,文章对开放教育资源典型案例研究进行了反思与回顾,对开放教育资源的创建与开发机制、共享与应用机制以及评价与管理机制进行了系统剖析,并提出了开放教育资源运动发展趋势。最后,文章深入分析了我国开放教育资源建设的现状及发展方向。As the final conclusion of the series, this paper analyzed the creation and developmem mechanism, sharing and application mechanism and the evaluation mechanism of open education resources, illustrated and presemed the development trends of international movement of open education resources; Finally, the： author prospected the current state and future direction of design, development, evaluation, and application of the open education resources construction in China.
