摘　　要：高职教育发展改革的动力源是地方区域经济社会发展的客观需求。江阴职业技术学院根植企业,紧贴经济社会发展现实,构建"定向招生、双向培养、二元一体、三维互动"的人才培养模式,其核心在于寻求企业的真正需求,建立深度合作保障机制,并落实到依托企业实现订单招生、人才培养、开发课程及共建"双师结构"教学团队、实训与培训基地等环节。The power source of development and reform of higher vocational education is the objective need of local economic and social development.Jiangyin vocational and technical college roots in enterprise and clings to the economic and social development reality to construct the talents training model,that is ＂directed recruitment,dual-orientation training,binary whole and three-dimensional interaction＂.Its core is searching for the real demand of enterprises,establishing a security mechanism of depth cooperation and implementing them into following links,such as realizing order recruit students,talents training and developing curriculum based on enterprises,and together constructing ＂dual-qualification structure＂ group of teaching staff,practice and training base.
