江苏职业院校创新技能型人才培养的现状与前景

摘　　要：江苏作为教育大省,职业院校培养了大批技能性人才。当前社会不仅需要大批技能型人才,更需要具有一定创新性的技能人才。江苏职业院校人才培养重技能轻创新,人才培养目标缺失创新性,学校管理制度缺乏创新空间,缺少创新型教师,学生发展重知能轻创新,缺乏创新意识、思维和技法。尽管如此,长三角地区经济社会发展以及江苏职业教育发展的美好愿景,使得职业院校面临改革发展的大好机遇,迫切需要加强创新技能型人才的培养。As a strong educational province,vocational colleges of Jiangsu trained a large number of skilled talents.Nowadays,society not only needs a large number of skilled talents,but also needs many innovative skilled talents.Most vocational colleges of Jiangsu attach importance to students＇ skill but ignore their innovation,their training objective lacks innovation and management system lacks innovative space.Most vocational colleges lack innovative teachers and students＇ development pay more attention to knowledge and abilities but ignore innovative consciousness,thinking and skill.Nevertheless,with development of economic and social of the Yangtze River Delta and development of vocational education of Jiangsu,vocational colleges are faced with a golden opportunity for reform and development;they urgently need to strengthen training innovative skilled talents.
