摘　　要：高等职业教育是我国高等教育的重要组成部分,其人才培养水平如何,直接关系到我国社会主义建设事业的成败。在由规模扩张到内涵建设发展的转化过程中,高职院校校园文化建设日益凸显其重要性。积极营造有利于创造型人才培养的校园文化,成为了高职院校一项现实而艰巨的任务。Higher vocational education, whose talent cultivation level is directly related to the success or failure of China＇s socialist construction, is an important part of higher education.
