摘 要:与传统的主从控制策略不同,提出以转矩为控制量,将主电机控制器的输出转矩作为给定转矩,从电机跟随主电机的转矩的控制策略。由于给定转矩是由主电机的转速差经过PI调节得到的,受转速波动的影响较小,保证了主从电机间传递参量的稳定性。使用改进的主从控制策略和矢量变频控制方法设计了控制器,构成了转速与转矩双闭环控制系统。对四台异步电机的同步控制系统的仿真结果表明该控制策略具有较好的同步性能和稳定精度。The proposed control strategy was different from the traditional master slave control,taking the torque as the control quantity and the output torque of the main motor's controller as the given torque while the slave motors was following the given torque.The given torque was obtained through PI adjustment from difference of the master and slave motors' speed,so it was less affected from by the speed fluctuation,and ensured the transfer parameter stability between master motors.The controller was designed by the improved master and slave control strategy and vector frequency conversion control,consisting a double closed loop control system of the speed and the torque.The simulation results of the four motors showed that the proposed control strategy had better synchronization performance and stabilization precision.
