摘　　要：高职院校不是高等教育法中所列从事高等教育的院校,但高职院校教师职务的评审却与大学、独立设置的学院、高等专科学校的教师完全一样,这既是对高职院校教师的不公,又是缺乏制度依据的。高职院校教师队伍由理论课教师和实训课教师组成,他们应分别有不同的教师职务制度、评审制度、聘任制度。Vocational schools are not listed in the Higher Education Act in higher education institutions,vocational colleges teaching post but the assessment is with the University,independent colleges,College teachers exactly the same,both for the Vocational School school teachers of injustice,but also a lack of institutional basis.Vocational teachers from the theoretical courses and practical training courses of teachers teaching composition,they should each have a different teaching post system,evaluation system,appointment system.
