摘　　要：目前,高职院校之间的竞争日趋激烈,高职院校要在市场竞争中占有一席之地,就必须具备可持续发展的竞争优势,而职业教育与企业文化零距离的结合正是形成和维系这种竞争优势的基础。优秀的职业教育一旦形成,便可构成高职院校最基本、最持久的竞争优势,成为高职院校持续发展的活力和潜力。At present,the competition between the vocational colleges is increasingly fierce.Vocational schools must have a sustainable competitive advantage,and the integration of vocational education and enterprise culture is the basis of forming and maintaining the competitive advantage.Once the quality of vocational education formed,it would become the most basic,sustainable competitive advantage,and the vitality and potential of development for higher vocational colleges.
