摘 要:结合酒店业急需中高端人才的现状及其8—14年的培养周期共识,二次开发的方法有:利用骨干教师牵动、以专业课程为切入点、持续开发与不断升级、扩大成果应用范围。经过近6年的酒店实验室二次开发实践证明:在不改变原有设备设施和软件基础上,缩短酒店中高层次人才培养周期4~10年,解决酒店就业岗位经验积累时间长、人才易流失和外出学习成本高等问题;减少重复开发时间降低研发风险,大大提高我国教育资源的利用率。The efficiency of university laboratories urges the university to build practical,diversified and informationlized laboratory for hotel management major.Meanwhile,there exists the problem of secondary development.In view of the urgent need for mid-level and senior personnel in hotels and its 8~14 year training cycle,secondary development include guidance of key teachers,making professional course as the starting point,continuing to develop and upgrade,and expanding the scope of achievement application.6 years of hotel practice and secondary development prove that,without upgrading the original facilities and software,the training cycle for mid-level and senior personnel has been shortened to 4~10 years,and duplication of development has been avoided,which improve the education efficiency.
