摘　　要：教学是高校人才培养最重要的途径。高师院校作为教师教育的载体,其教学方式有着独特的意义,对高师学生的专业发展直接产生影响。当前,高师的教学方式面临着一系列困境,通过重建教学文化、研究高师的教学规律、直面基础教育的要求等途径可以有效消解这些困境。Teaching is the most important approach to cultivating talents.As the carrier of teacher education,teaching methods in normal universities are of unique significance and have direct impact on students′ professional development.At present,as far as teaching methods are concerned,teachers in normal universities are faced with a series of problems,which can only be solved through reconstructing teaching culture,studying teaching principles and confronting the requests of fundamental education.
