摘  要:本研究的目的是比较学生自评和互评对改善MBA案例教学中学生课堂表现的效果。研究数据来自122位MBA学生的问卷调查结果,分析结果发现,虽然学生更倾向选择自评方式,但自评和互评均能够有效促进积极学习。研究结果显示,虽然自评分数明显高于互评分数,但学生认为互评要比自评分数更为公正从而也更应计入课程成绩。研究还发现年龄越大的学生对自评的效果给予越多的认可,但在评价分数的使用方面却更认可互评分数。The purpose of this paper is to compare the effects of MBA students' peer and self assessments on improving class participation and increasing student involvement in assessment. A questionnaire was used to gather responses from a sample of 122 MBA students about their o- pinions on the peer and self assessment practice. The results indicated that the practice promoted students to be proactive learners, especially the self assessment. The research found that the marks of self assessment were higher than peer assessment, although the students thought the latter was more rational to be part of the final course marks. Finally, the results showed age was an important variable that might influence the effectiveness and marks of the two student assessments. Conclusions are provided for the design of assessment strategy and the development of action learning projects.
