摘　　要：为了解决软件人才培养教育与企业需求脱节的问题,提出了以软件人才市场需求为目标、以校企合作为平台、以双导师制为支撑、以实践能力的培养为核心的实践教学模式。在该模式的指引下,学生的综合素质得到了提高,毕业生受到用人单位的欢迎。For the purposes of solving the problem of disjointedness between software talent education and enterprise needs,this paper proposes a practice teaching mode of improving practice ability and satisfying enterprise needs based on cooperation between university and enterprise.The comprehensive qualities of students are improved under the guidance of the mode.The graduates are welcomed by employing units.
