摘  要:美国中小学教师专业发展评价对美国顺利的开展中小学教师专业发展具有重要的保障作用。美国中小学教师专业发展评价所呈现的评价目标具体明确、评价模式层次清晰、评价组织多样化、评价注重教师工作效率和学生学习成果以及评价过程具有连续性和系统性等特点对我国开展中小学是专业发展评价具有重要的参考和借鉴价值。本文以此为参照提出我国开展中小学教师专业发展评价应加大对教师专业发展评价的重视程度、对教师专业发展理论进行深入研究,注重评价理论和实践的结合以及完善教师专业发展评价体系。The primary and middle school teachers" professional development evaluation has played important roles in improving the development of the evaluation primary and secondary school teachers professional development of the United States. The primary and middle school teachers" professional development evaluation showed specific clear evaluation target, the diversification of distinct evaluation model , the attention to the teacher evaluation work efficiency and the students" learning achievements and evaluation process which has continuity and systematic characteristics in middle and primary school of our country to have the important reference and reference value. This paper tries to put forward some advice that in primary and middle school teachers" professional development evaluation of teachers" professional development should strengthen the attention of evaluation of teachers" professional development theory, further research, and pay attention to evaluate the combination of theory and practice toi reprove teachers" professional development evaluation system.
