摘 要:与教师培训重心由单纯的学历达标向教师内在专业素质提升的转换相适应,集成式模块课程的功能定位于实现教师个人专业实践能力的持续发展。该课程体系是由"能力本位"的课程目标、"实活兼顾"的课程内容"、行动逻辑"的课程结构、"实践导向"的课程实施、"过程取向"的课程评价共同构成的,突出体现了"实"、"新"、"活"、"全"的结构特征。集成式模块课程的开发以课程分析为起点,包括课程分析、课程编制、课程实施、课程评价四个阶段。The focus of teaching training has shifted from the simple pursuit of degree to the improvement of teachers' inner professional quality. In response to this, the function of integrated module curriculum is to achieve the sustainable development of teachers' professional practical ability. The integrated module curriculum system is comprised of the abiIity-oriented curriculum objectives, the curriculum content integrating the practicality and flexibility, the curriculum structure based on teachers' practice, the practice-oriented curriculum implementation, and the process-oriented curriculum evaluation. The structural characteristics of the system are practicality, novelty, flexibility, and completeness. The exploitation of the curriculum starts from the analysis of curriculum, consisting of four stages: curriculum analysis, curriculum organization, curriculum implementation, and curriculum evaluation.
