校企合作之“引企入校”模式探索与实践

摘　　要：探索新形势下生产性实训基地建设的"引企入校"的新模式是高职院校改善办学条件、提高教学质量的重点。文章对"引企入校"生产性实训基地的内涵、基本功能和管理模式等进行了阐述,对"引企入校"生产性实训基地的运行机制进行了总结与探索。This paper hold the point that the new model of introducing enterprises into school is the key point to improve the school condition nd teaching quality,explained the meaning,function and management of this model,and also concluded the operational mechanism of the productive training bases——introducing enterprises into school.
