摘 要:高职英语教学中较多遇到学生上课动力缺乏、沮丧、厌倦、甚至逃课等一系列不配合和冲突行为的困境。从心理学分析这些"倦怠"问题,其成因在于学生对高职英语课程目标、英语在今后职业中的具体需求认识不清,导致学习兴趣减退;长期英语学习依赖,自我效能感低;英语学习挫折多,归因不当;个体人格因素等。据此提出明确目标与需求;体验成功,提高自我效能感;帮助恰当归因;帮助改善不良人格等对策。Public English teaching in vocational college often meets with the problems of students' lack of stimulation,being dispirited,tiredness or even absence of classes.Analyzing from the phychological perspective,the causes are students' lack of course objective and practical requirements in later career leading to interest reduction;long-time reliance on teachers leading to low self-efficacy;many setbacks leading to inappropriate attribution;personality factors.The countermeasures are making clear objectives and requirements;making students experience success and helping improve their self-efficacy;helping students' appropriate attribution;helping students improve their personality.
