摘  要:以皖北产白酒和皖北周边地区白酒为样品,以白酒骨架组分为变量进行聚类分析,探讨皖北白酒之间的共性与特性以及与周边白酒在风格上的联系。研究表明,皖北白酒风格已呈现多样化趋势,且与周边地区白酒风格差异性减小。中高档白酒样品中,当划分类别等于3时古井贡与皖酒两品牌风格相近,高炉、口子、种子三品牌风格相近;当划分类别大于3时,则各皖北白酒品牌显示较明显差异性。皖北白酒在追求风格多样化的同时,尚未形成较固定的区域风格。The liquor samples from WANBEI area and surrounding areas were analyzed.The samples were classified with cluster analysis. The variables of cluster analysis was the frame components of liquor. The conclusion was expressed as follows, the liquors from WANBEI showed a diversified trend of the styles, and the differences of liquor style between WANBEI and the surrounding areas decreased.When the cluster was defined as three,the styles of GUJINGGONG and WANJIU were similar. Besides, the styles of GAOLU, ZHONGZI and KOUZl were similar. When the cluster was defined as above three,the styles of WANBEI liquor were diversity.The area style of WANBEI liquor had not formed yet.
