摘  要:近红外光谱分析技术因具有分析时间短、无需样品预处理、非破坏性、无污染以及成本低等特点,已成为20世纪90年代以来发展最快、最引人注目的现代定量分析技术,广泛应用于农产品、食品的品质检测。本文概述了近几年来国内在近红外光谱技术应用于大宗水果内部品质检测的最新研究进展;指出其存在的问题并对其发展进行展望;提出了近红外光谱分析技术将会与网络技术相结合,实现模型的在线更新与升级;同时,光谱成像技术将成为21世纪近红外光谱分析技术的发展趋势;以期对我国相关研究人员的工作提供参考。The near infrared spectroscopy(NIRS) technique has found wide application in products and food quality detection since 1990's because of its characteristics such as very high speed, no sample preparation, nondestruction,no pollution, low cost etc. Many research works have been done on fruit quality detection using NIRS technique both home and abroad, from static laboratory investigations to online investigations.In the present paper,many latest studies and analysis process focused on NIRS to determine the big yield fruits' quality in China in recent years were summarized briefly.At the same time,the existing problems of NIRS were pointed out and the prospect of NIRS technique was discussed. Finally, NIRS technique would combine with network technique to realize on-line update and upgrade of NIR models in the future. And spectral imaging technique will be the development trend of NIRS technique in the 2]st century,which would provide reference for Chinese researchers.
