关联主义视域下的个人知识管理

摘　　要：数字时代实施个人知识管理具有重要的意义。作为一种数字时代的学习理论,关联主义为理解个人知识管理提供了一种新的理论视角与方法参照,对学习者实施个人知识管理具有深刻的理论和实践意义。通过引入关联主义的五个基本要素"节点、连接、网络、知识流及工具",对个人知识管理的要素进行了重构,并根据关联主义认为"学习是一种形成或创建连接"的隐喻,建构了实施有效个人知识管理的六个方法步骤。Implementation of Personal Knowledge Management is of great significance in the digital age.Connectivism,as a learning theory for the digital age,can provide a new theoretical perspective and can be used as references for PKM,has both theoretical and valuable significance of guiding the implementation of PKM.Introducing the five basic elements of connectivism that includes ＂node,connection,network,knowledge flow and tools＂ into PKM,and according to the learning metaphor of ＂learning as network forming＂,this paper put forward six effective steps for implementing PKM.
