褐藻多糖可降解包装膜的制备与特性研究

摘  要:以褐藻多糖为主要原料,以甘油和明胶作为成膜辅助材料,制备褐藻多糖可降解包装膜。通过正交实验确定了最佳膜配方:褐藻多糖2%、甘油3%、明胶2.5%,成膜的最佳干燥温度60℃,最佳干燥时间9h。此时膜完全干透,光滑平整,揭膜最容易。制备的褐藻多糖可降解包装膜的抗拉强度为2kPa,完全溶于水的时间是23.6min,水透过膜的时间是12.5min,隔菌率为68%,基本不透油。膜的各特性参数随保存时间的延长略有下降。Degradable packaging film was prepared with fucoidan from Sargassum fusiforme.The optimal film formula was determined as 2% fucoidan,3% glycerol and 2.5% gelatin.The optimal drying temperature and drying time of preparation of the film were 60℃ and 9h,respectively.Tensile strength of the degradable packaging film was 2kPa,it was 23.6min for the film to be soluble in water completely.It was 12.5min for water to pass through the film.The percent of separating bacteria of the film was 68%.The film was almost impervious to oil.The parameters of film properties decreased slightly with the increase of storage time.
