摘　　要：在我国食品安全风险有向农村转移的态势下,针对农村地区的农民食品安全意识、消费模式、政府监管等实际问题,梳理和分析了我国在农村实施的宣传教育、资源整合、流通和消费环节的质量控制等措施的实际运行效果。在研究的基础上,提出增加农民受教育的机会、采取新型的联合监管模式等措施和建议。In the situation that the food safety risk has diverted to countryside,aimed at the new issues in the consciousness of food safety,consuming mode,circulation and the supervision in the countryside,the reflections were coming.The operating effects of the adopted measurements,such as propaganda education,resource integration,the circulation and consumption control,were trimmed and discussed.Above all,the advices as improving rural population cognition and enhancing joint enforcement were raised.
