摘　　要：针对士官教育中学员基础薄弱、能力水平参差不齐的现状,提出一种匹配式教学改革模式。阐述匹配式教学模式的内涵、理论基础,并从教育者、管理者及学员三个方面入手,提出了具体实施措施。Based on the education of students foundation weak noncommissioned officers,ability of the present situation of different levels,and put forward a kind of matching type teaching reform mode.This paper expounds the connotation of the teaching mode matching type,theoretical basis,and educators,managers and students from three aspects,and puts forward the concrete implementation measures.
