摘  要:人们关于教师职业属性及其素质内涵的认识分歧,从根本上影响和制约着教师专业化发展的实践进程,以及教师教育体制、模式和路径的选择。适应教师专业化成长需要,必须进一步明确教师职业的专业属性,注重、强化教师职业素质的培养,以及教师职业素质培养的综合性。师范院校要注意继承传统、凸显优势,发挥教师教育的"本体"功能;完善"混合制"教育模式,增强教师人才培养的适应性;加强"教学的学术"研究,提高教师教育的学术地位。Recognition divergence of the teachers' professional attributes and quality connotation has fundamentally impacted and restricted the development of teacher specialization,as well as the selection of teacher education system,model and route.To meet the growth need of teacher specialization,we should further clarify teachers' professional attributes,emphasize and strengthen the cultivation of teachers' professional quality and its integrity.Normal universities should inherit tradition,highlight their advantages and play connatural function of teacher education;improving "mixing system" of education model,enhance the adaptability of teaching talents training;and reinforce the research on "science of teaching" to boost academic position of teacher education.
