酶联免疫法检测6种中草药中亚胺硫磷的残留

摘　　要：建立中草药中亚胺硫磷残留量的直接竞争ELISA检测方法。6种中草药(金银花、枸杞、大青叶、人参、板蓝根、元胡)中添加亚胺硫磷标准品,样品经过简单的前处理后,应用已建立的ELISA进行检测,回收率在58%～121%之间。方法检测限为0.005 mg/kg,其中枸杞和人参中检测限为0.25 mg/kg,其它4种中草药中检测限为1 mg/kg。与仪器方法比较的相关系数R2=0.990 4。A direct competition enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay method for detection of phosmet residue in Chinese traditional and herbal drugs was developed.The six spiked chinese herbal drugs（honeysuckle,medlar,folium isatidis,ginseng,radix isatidis,rhizome corydalis） were extracted and detected by ELISA method.The recoveries were in range of 58 %-121 %.The detection limit for the method was 0.005 mg/kg,for medlar and ginseng were 0.25 mg/kg,for the other four herbs were 1 mg/kg.The correlation coefficient（R2） between the ELISA and GC was 0.990 4.
