摘  要:在"少子化"与高学历的社会背景下,日本高中发展性学生评价以能力与人本主义为指导,形成了三方面的基本理念,即:"强调自主思考,促进知识理解";"重视观察探究,培养学科素养";"尊重个性发展,关注情感态度"。在近年来的教育实践中,该评价方法取得了良好的效果,其在评价指标上所强调的学科性与多元化,在评价方法上所注重的灵活性与整体性,在评价过程上所重视的诊断性与发展性,为我国的教育评价改革提供了一定的启示。As low birth rate and high education background have been a trend in Japan,the developmental student assessment of Japanese senior high schools has formed three basic concepts based on the direction of ability and humanism as follows: emphasizing independent thought,promoting knowledge understanding,paying attention to observation and exploration,training subject accomplishment and respecting of personality development.During educational practice in recent years,it has yielded good effects.Its assessment criteria highlights discipline and diversity,its method is full of flexibility and integrity.Besides,the process of assessment stresses on diagnostic and developmental function.It provides us some references and enlightenments for the reform of student assessment in China.
