摘  要:采用水相酶解及有机溶剂萃取工艺生产花椒籽油。结果表明,得油率最高的优化工艺参数:纤维素酶和中性蛋白酶添加量分别为0.5%和7%,固液比1∶5(m∶V),酶解时间4h。该法游离油得率最高可达69.84%,毛油品质较好,有实际运用价值。Using from the organic solvent extract grease liquid of Huajiao seed from the enzymatic solution,the results showed that the enzyme solution were handled by hexane liquid could fully separate out,and proposed grease solvent residual less,solvent could be recycled.Composite enzyme treatment of Huajiao seed oil efficiency was superior to single enzyme.Considering the economic costs,plus enzyme quantity selection cellulose enzyme(0.5%) and neutral protease(7%);Solid-liquid ratio to the highest rate when oil was 1∶5(m∶V),showed that in these conditions zymolysing most fully,and screening enzyme time for 4 h best.
