摘 要:目的探讨本科护生(以下简称护生)对《护理学基础》课间临床见习的兴趣及其影响因素。方法采用自行设计的调查问卷,在《护理学基础》课间临床见习后对64名护生进行调查。结果见习前护生对课间临床见习的平均兴趣指数为(3.77±0.96)分,见习后为(3.73±1.04)分,见习前后比较,t=0.351,P>0.05,差异无统计学意义。护生对课间临床见习重要性和专业学习态度的认识与课间临床见习兴趣呈正相关。阻碍护生课间临床见习兴趣的最主要因素是见习护生人数太多。结论护生对《护理学基础》课间临床见习的兴趣处于中等以上水平;认为课间临床见习越重要、专业学习态度越好的护生对《护理学基础》课间临床见习的兴趣越大。加强护生对课间临床见习重要性的认识并端正专业态度,同时增加师资,合理安排见习师生比例有助于提高护生课间临床见习的兴趣,进而提高课间临床见习效果。Objective To explore the interest of nursing students in clinical noviciate of Nursing Fundamentals and related factors.Method 64 nursing students involved in the survey by a questionnaire during the clinical noviciate of nursing fundamentals.Results The students' average interest index was(3.77 ± 0.96) before clinical noviciate and(3.73 ± 1.04) after clinical noviciate(P 0.05).By a multiple stepwise regression analysis,students' understanding of the importance of clinical noviciate and students' attitude towards nursing major were positively correlated with their interests.The key factor influencing their interest was the lager number of nursing students.Conclusion Most of nursing students are interested in clinical noviciate.The measures including enhancing the recognition of importance of clinical noviciate,addition of teachers for their noviciate and reasonable arrangement of student-teacher proportion may be helpful for enhancing their interests in clinical noviciate and thus improving the effect of clinical noviciate.
