摘　　要：高职院校的人才培养质量监控应根据当前高职教育改革与院校内涵建设的要求进行调整,以适应社会对高技能人才的需求,提高高职院校整体办学水平,增强竞争力,建立具有高职特色的多元化教学质量监控体系,形成政府、社会、学校齐抓共管的态势,从而促进其自身健康发展。The quality supervision system of talent training in vocational colleges should be adjusted according to the requirements of the higher vocational education reform and the institutional connotation construction so that the system can help to meet social demands for highly skilled personnel,to improve the overall educational level of vocational colleges,and to enhance training competitiveness in the society.In order to promote the sound development of vocational education and achieve the goals,it is important to set up a diversified quality supervision system with vocational characteristics under the joint control and management of the government and society.
