高职院校学生学习动力不足的原因及对策

摘　　要：调查镇江地区高职院校部分学生学习动力现状,从主观和客观两个方面分析了高职院校学生学习动力不足的原因,从加强学生思想道德教育,完善教学管理制度,加快学校教学改革,加强"双师型"教师队伍建设,加强就业指导和就业帮扶等方面,提出了一些合理的对策和建议。Based on the investigation of learning motivation among students at higher Vocational colleges in Zhenjiang,this paper analyzes the subjective and objective reasons for their insufficient learning motivation,and then comes up with certain countermeasures and suggestions： strengthening education of students＇ ideology and moral;perfecting system of teaching management;quickening teaching reform;strengthening constructing teaching teams with double professional qualifications and graduate＇s employment guidance.
