摘  要:通过对IS09000标准改进教学质量管理体系、教学改革指导的培养目标定位、跨学科外语师资队伍建设、三个层次培养方案的梳理与修订等不同特色院校的跨学科外语人才培养模式分析,其应立足于专业培养模式、课程设计、教学方法和学生自主学习能力等方面培养。对大连海洋大学、大连理工大学、大连外国语学院、东北财经大学等不同特色层次院校的跨学科外语人才培养模式进行比较发现,跨学科外语人才培养应该渗透到教师教学、学生自主学习,将学生的能力培养作为跨学科外语人才培养的核心内容。According to the IS09000 standards on improving the current teaching quality management system,establishing the training objective orientation guided by teaching reform,developing the teaching staff who master interdisciplinary foreign-language and non-foreign-language knowledge and skills and upgrading the three levels to sort out and revise talent training programs,it is thought that the key to training interdisciplinary foreign language talents in universities with different characteristics lies in such factors as professional training mode,curriculum design,teaching method and student ability to study autonomously.On different cultivation modes for the personnel of interdisciplinary foreign languages,which have been practiced in Dalian Ocean University,Dalian University of Technology,Dalian University of Foreign Languages and Dongbei University of Finance and Economy,it is concluded that the mentality of training interdisciplinary foreign language talents should penetrate into teachers' teaching,students' autonomous study and their ability to things as core of the quality-oriented education.
