摘  要:为了提高光纤陀螺组件的标定精度,从三轴惯导测试转台技术指标入手,根据惯导测试转台定位精度高的特点,设计了六位置静态分立式标定方案.通过设计一定的标定路径,利用地球转速和当地地理纬度,激励出陀螺的标度因数、安装误差和零位等12个参数,新的标定方案避免了标度因数和安装误差对零位的影响.对自研光纤陀螺捷联惯导系统在三轴惯导测试转台进行传统标定和六位置静态分立式标定,并将标定结果用于静态导航实验,多次实验结果表明,与采用传统标定结果的导航定位误差相比,采用六位置静态分立式标定结果的导航定位误差显著降低.In order to increase the calibration precision for fiber-optic gyro (FOG) unit, a six-position static discrete calibration scheme was proposed based on the technical indexes of triaxial inertial navigation test turntable and according to the high positioning accuracy characteristics of inertial navigation test turntable. Through designing a certain calibration path as well as utilizing the rotational speed of earth and local geographic latitude, such 12 parameters as scale factor, installation error and zero position were inspirited. The new calibration scheme avoids the influence of scale factor and installation error on zero position. In addition, the traditional calibration and six-position static discrete calibration were performed on the triaxial inertial navigation test turntable for self-developted FOG strap-down inertial navigation system (SINS). Moreover, the calibrated results were applied to the static navigation experiments. The multiple experimental results show that comparerd with the navigation positioning errors obtained by adopting the traditional calibration results, the navigation positioning errors attained by adopting the six-position static discrete calibration results reduce obviously.
