摘  要:现阶段我国高校开展的教学改革,不同程度地存在着三种倾向,即疏离广大教师导致的"主角错位",脱离基本校情导致的"主题错位",背离办学宗旨导致的"主旨错位"。其中的原因不仅来自教学领域内部,而且还涉及教学领域之外的诸多因素。要从根本上克服这些问题,顺利完成高校教学改革这一战略性任务,必须持守教育家办学的精神,追求办学特色,加强教学资源建设,特别是要整体、协调推进高等学校内部的各项改革。At present in China, there are three kinds of tendencies of education reform that carried out in higher schools in different degree. They are the "protagonist dislocation" caused by not in close touch with teachers, "theme dislocation" caused by being divorced from the basic situations of universities and "tenet dislocation" caused by deviating from the formulation of the school's mission. The reasons are not only from teaching the sector itself, but also involves many factors outside the education field. To overcome these problems fundamentally and finish the historic task of higher schools' educational reform smoothly, they must hold the spirit of running by educators, pursue the characteristics of universities, strengthen the construction of teaching resources, especially, push forward intemal reforms in universities integrally and coordinately.
