摘  要:项目化教师培训方案中,课程设计是影响培训效果的关键因素。课程设计要综合考虑方案中的诸多要素,力求有效;同时要把握重点,力求规范;更要争创特色,突显品质。做到培训既帮助教师拓展知识、提升能力,更促进正确情感态度价值观的树立。Curriculum design is a key factor affecting the training result in the implementation of project-based teacher training programs.In curriculum design,various elements should be taken into consideration in order to be effective;key points should be held in order to be standardized as well;moreover,characteristics and high-quality should also be desired.Training can not only help teachers to expand their knowledge and improve their skills,but also to promote the establishment of correct emotional attitude and values.
