摘  要:了解幼儿园教师在管理和教育幼儿的过程中所存在的问题 ;探讨可行有效的干预方法和内容。方法 :通过“单盲法”跟班观察并记录幼儿园教师不良的教育态度和方式方法 ;在基线测查的基础上对干预组的教师进行系列干预 ;通过复测对干预组和对照组教师不良教育态度和方式方法的转变情况进行对比分析。结果 :干预前干预组和对照组教师发生各种不良教育态度和方式方法的人次间不存在显著差异。干预后 ,和对照组相比 ,干预组的教师在管理和教育幼儿的过程中对幼儿采取各种体罚及不闻不问的人数明显减少 ,使幼儿园的社会心理环境得到一定程度的改善。结论 :在幼儿园对教师进行心理健康和教育方法的教育和研讨非常必要 ;Objective: To explore the harmful educational attitudes and methods used by teachers in kindergartens in the process of managing and educating children and to determine possibly effective intervention measures Methods: Thirty-two teachers of three kindergartens in Taiyuan were all enrolled and divided into intervention group (21 objects) and control group (11 objects) The harmful educational attitudes and methods used by teachers were observed and recorded through direct observation in class Based on the baseline test, a series of intervention measures such as special lecture, video education, discussion and consultation were conducted on the intervention group All teachers in two groups received retest for analysis of change Results: No significant difference of harmful educational attitudes and methods was found between two groups before intervention Compared with control group, the number of teachers in intervention group who employed physical punishment and ignoring children's need decreased significantly after intervention Conclusions: It is necessary to conduct education about mental health and educational methods among kindergarten teachers This should be viewed as everyday tasks of kindergartens for future perspective
