摘　　要：校企合作是当今职业教育发展的必然之路,伴随着鼓励校企合作的各项政策陆续出台,其在职业院校创新人才培养模式中的作用显而易见。同时,校企合作深度不够、"学校热、企业冷"等问题也日益引起各界关注,文章认为应完善《职业教育法》,为促进校企合作持续、健康发展提供全面系统的法律保障和依据。School-enterprise cooperation is an inevitable path in the course of developing voca- tional education. Along with various policies made to encourage school- enterprise cooperation, its role is obvious in innovating talent training model in vocational colleges. At the same time, such issues are also increasingly causing concern as the insufficient degree of school - enterprise cooperation or ＂school passionate, enterprise indifferent＂. The article believes that the ＂Vocational Education Act＂ should be improved to provide a comprehensive system of legal protection and legal ground for the promotion of the sustainability and healthy development in school- enterprise cooperation.
