摘　　要：本文论述了职业情感的内涵,分析了高职院校专职辅导员在工作中存在的积极职业情感和消极职业情感,并对如何克服消极的职业情感、让积极的职业情感主导辅导员工作给出了一些建议。This paper discusses the professional emotional connotation, positive occupational emotional and vocational colleges full-time counselor in the work and the negative career feelings and given some suggestions on how to overcome the negative emotions, positive and professional feelings leading counselors work.
