摘　　要：教学名家是教育领域的旗帜,是广大教师学习的榜样。本文在已有研究的基础上,结合《教育家成长丛书》所介绍的20位教学名家的成长历程,分析总结了教学名家专业成长的策略,以期为有志于向名家境界迈进的教学工作者提供借鉴。Teaching masters are the role models of the teachers who want to make progress.On the basis of existing researches,this paper analyzed 20 teaching masters’development course from"Series of Educators",in order to find the strategies of their professional development for other teachers’reference.
