摘  要:纯净酒即指不含或基本不含对人体有害的杂质的酒,不含呈香呈味的物质成分,有独特的生产工艺和质量标准。特点为无色透明,香气轻淡,口感轻快,饮后轻松。酒体要求必须达到较高的“纯净”和轻快柔和的“风味”。随着技术和现代酒文化的发展,纯净酒将成为酿酒发展的一个新方向。Purified liquor means liquor which has no or few foreign substance harmful to people′s health, contains no flavour components and has its particular production mode and quality standard. Its characteristics are colorless and transparent, soft fragrance and brisk taste, and relaxed after drinking. Purified liquor is required to achieve a higher standard of “purity' and “soft and brisk flavor'.With the development of the technology and modern alcoholic beverage culture,the production of purified liquor will become a new branch in liquor-making field.
